What does “holistic” physiotherapy mean?
In this context it means that we treat you as a full human being; with a lifestyle and habits – and physicality, feelings or thoughts within this. To see how these may or may not effect your health and proneness to heal.
Perhaps this is not relevant to you, and you only want the best exercises tailored to you, then this is what we do.
But perhaps we discover a need to work with your relationship to your body or movement, your behavior, mental state or environment – to support you moving forward.
